90% of the work done was in Inkscape and the effects where done with GIMP.

All of this was done with Inkscape

This monochromatic blue color that I see in many inside covers of manga was done with GIMP.

The page-curling was done with GIMP.

This was sketched with GIMP and then I later added it to Inkscape for line correction but ended up also coloring it in Inkscape.
